Refund Policy

At Create Powerful Ai Inc. we are committed to providing a valuable and reliable software experience.

If you’re not satisfied with your subscription, we offer a fair and transparent refund policy.

FREE TRIAL

We offer a 2-day free trial period for new users. No charges will be made until the trial ends. You can cancel any time during the trial, and you will not be billed.

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS

For monthly plans, we do not offer refunds once the subscription has been charged. However, you may cancel at any time to avoid being billed for the next month. All cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to renewals.

ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you cancel an annual plan within 7 days of purchase or renewal, you are eligible for a full refund. After the 7-day window, the subscription is non-refundable, but it will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

  • Fees for onboarding, setup, or custom integrations (if applicable).
  • Charges related to usage overages, additional seats, or premium support.
  • Discounts and promotional offers are non-refundable.

 

CHARGEBACKS

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback through your payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in account suspension and may delay resolution.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation will stop future charges, but it does not trigger an automatic refund unless eligible under the terms above.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.  Thank you.

YOUR CANCELLATION REQUEST MUST BE RECEIVED AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE THE RENEWAL DATE IN ORDER FOR THE CANCELLATION TO BE EFFECTIVE.  Once your refund request has been submitted, a refund confirmation is provided within 1-2 business days; however, depending on your credit card processor, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the credit to post to your original payment method.
